How can i make gold in WoW?

Skinning can be a little profitable, but mining or herbalism are the real money makers. Just farm skin and post them at an acceptable price.

don’t worry too much about gold until you hit your lvl cap (now 70, but will soon be going up to 80 next month with WotLK). After you buy your first mount, you may not have much money at 60 for your epic ground mount, but beyond that money should not be a problem. The rate of money earned in Outlands is like 10g to every 1g previously earned in Kalimdor or the Eastern Kingdoms… so no sense in worrying about gold until you can make it more easily at lvl 60+
other than that, skinning/lw is nice to make your own gear, but mining/herbing are gathering skills that usually demand more money.
